He has worked at several leading Microsoft Partners for clients in the technology, retail, financial, government, healthcare and education sectors.

Commercially, he has managed sales teams with targets of up to 250 million. Operationally, he has been responsible for Cloud and Managed Services, among other things, where he took care of customer environments that generated more than 2 billion in annual turnover.

Anne Maaike is an experienced consultant, specialized in supporting startups and scale-ups, especially in the tech sector. She helps leaders and organizations build strong, high-performing teams that foster growth. Her services include strategic HR consulting, HR guidance, Executive Search (C-level), coaching and confidential guidance.

In her HR consultancy role, she advises on scalable HR systems, such as performance management, learning and development, recruitment strategies, salary benchmarking and job profiling. She works closely with management teams to provide tailor-made solutions that align with their strategic goals.

She also supports companies in recruiting C-level executives, senior management and people positions and acts as a coach and confidant for employees.

Olaf is an experienced change manager with over 30 years of work experience, of which more than 15 years at international companies such as Microsoft, DLL and Econocom. His passion lies in guiding transitions, in which the human side is central.

He has extensive knowledge of Prosci (and ADKAR) and is used to working from the core values: energetic, pragmatic, curious, empathetic, authentic, creative, decisive, playful and goal-oriented.

His business background and broad experience in processes, sales, business and organizational development, combined with his extensive change management skills, enables him to build strong and sustainable relationships and guide change processes.

Michael is an experienced recruiter with 17 years of experience in mediating IT talent. He focuses on engineers, consultants, architects. From technical to business architecture and all associated horizontal management layers.

Through PUUR Recruitment he helps organizations with the mediation of professionals through recruitment & selection, temporary employment (ZZP) and deta-vast. He focuses on building valuable connections between professionals and companies.

Michael builds sustainable relationships and has extensive knowledge of IT recruitment and headhunting. His approach is characterized by enthusiasm, open communication and mutual involvement. With these qualities he knows how to realize reliable matches and strengthen organizations.

Marna is an experienced marketer specializing in developing and implementing marketing strategies. In recent years, she has worked as a freelancer for various digital agencies. Her assignments range from crafting new marketing strategies (e.g., after a merger or acquisition) to temporary projects or maternity leave cover. For these organizations, she launches campaigns targeting B2B audiences. To effectively and repeatedly engage potential and existing clients, she collaborates with teams to create relevant content that is distributed across multiple media channels.

She advises leadership teams on marketing strategies and mentors junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Previously, Marna developed open day campaigns for the ROC of Amsterdam. These campaigns were designed to engage young people early on, fostering their connection with the schools and supporting them in their study choices. The campaigns were based on data about the customer journeys of students, their parents, and career counselors.
