Raymond is an experienced leader with over 25 years of management experience in both medium-sized and international enterprise organizations. As an interim director and board member, he excels in the strategic management of organizations and the rapid recognition of potential for improvement. In recent years, he has led various management roles and digital transformations from RayOrganisatie.

 

He has worked at several leading Microsoft Partners for clients in the technology, retail, financial, government, healthcare and education sectors.

 

Commercially, he has managed sales teams with targets of up to 250 million. Operationally, he has been responsible for Cloud and Managed Services, among other things, where he took care of customer environments that generated more than 2 billion in annual turnover.

He believes that satisfied employees are the basis for high customer satisfaction, a core value that is central to his approach. With his transparent communication style and results-oriented approach, he helps teams to optimize performance and realize strategic goals.

For these organizations, she launches campaigns targeting B2B audiences. To effectively and repeatedly engage potential and existing clients, she collaborates with teams to create relevant content that is distributed across multiple media channels.

She advises leadership teams on marketing strategies and mentors junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Previously, Marna developed open day campaigns for the ROC of Amsterdam. These campaigns were designed to engage young people early on, fostering their connection with the schools and supporting them in their study choices. The campaigns were based on data about the customer journeys of students, their parents, and career counselors.
